How Do Claims Work?

Losing a loved one is never easy. Dealing with the paperwork and grieving is difficult.
Atlehang Life understands this difficult time. Our Claims process is simple and striaght forward.

Claims Notification

You submit your claim form with all the supporting documentation. 

Document Review

We will alert you that we have recieved your claim and process submitted documents.

Capture Claim

We will capture your claim for paymnet and update your contract.

Payment

Payment will be made to the beneficiary bank account and proof of payment will be sent to you.

  1. ID of Deceased and Claimant (Certified)
  2. BI Pages 1 to 3
  3. DHA
  4. Claims Form
  5. Police Report
  6. Death Certificate
